POINT SYSTEMTM Media Converters/Network Interface Cards
Designed
for operation as part of the Point SystemTM , a full range
of analogue CCTV based media converters are
available. Transmission is fully compliant to the relevant CCTV
standard for NTSC/PAL or SECAM formats. Incorporating an SC or ST
interface, these media converters are designed to operate on all types
of multimode and singlemode fibre in accordance with ITU
standards. PTZ versions are available which allow the camera to be
controlled via an RS232/422 or 485 electrical circuit at 115Kb/s. These
cards provide receiver functionality, to be used in conjunction with standalone
transmitters or camera with an optical output.
